Specials and other promotional offers

We are always looking for ways to save our guests money, provide added value and convenience, while at the same time generating more rentals. Here are the programs we currently offer:

• A 5% discount for bookings longer than 2 weeks.

• A $100 discount for "only a couple", see the qualifications below.

• A 10% discount on bookings less than one week in advance with a minimum of one week rental.

• A $100 discount on a one-week rental, to any returning guest as a way of saying thank you for coming back.

• A $100 referral bonus to any former guest who refers a new guest. The new guest must say who referred them at the initial inquiry and the referral bonus is paid to the referring guest when the deposit is refunded to the new guest.

Couples discount - This property is our personal vacation home and our primary concern is that it remain in excellent condition and minimize even normal wear and tear. Therefore, our ideal guests are a couple who is looking for a relaxing, private get-a-way and yet appreciates spacious, luxury accommodations.  They do not entertain local friends and they don't invite visitors during their stay and the lower level is not used except for the laundry. If this describes your plans, then we gladly offer this additional incentive with the understanding there be no exceptions to the visitor rule for the entire length of the booking.
