RENTAL PERIODS: During our high season (late May - early November), our rentals have a one week minimum and run on a Saturday to Saturday schedule. The weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years also have a one week minimum, but we are flexible on when the week begins. However, if you see that the time you are interested in is only a few days away and is currently available, we may make an exception. During the off season we have a two night minimum. August is a special month; we have a three-week minimum booking. Once the three weeks have been booked any remaining dates are available for regular bookings.
